The Finance Coordination Committee works to improve financial management across all police forces. This work includes; ensuring that the financial implications are considered in force workforce resourcing, developing the funding model we will use across forces, developing processes and procedures for procurement and contract management, police pensions, police estates and sustainability and identifying funding to train and develop existing and future police leaders.
