Head: Assistant Commissioner Matt Jukes QPM, Metropolitan Police Service
The Counter Terrorism Coordination Committee (CTCC) is the largest and most established collaboration across policing. It is a committee of National Police Chiefs' Council (NPCC), counter terrorism heads together with chief officers from across the country. Together they oversee that collaboration and its development to tackle the threat of terrorism through gathering intelligence and evidence to help prevent, disrupt and prosecute terrorism related offences.
The regional units and wider policing response is coordinated by Counter Terrorism Policing Headquarters (CTPHQ) located in London and hosted by the Metropolitan Police Service. You can read more about their work below.
