The National Police Chiefs' Council (NPCC) Facial Recognition Board (FRT) is chaired by NPCC FRT Lead, Lindsey Chiswick, Director of intelligence at the Metropolitan Police Service, and acts on behalf of the NPCC. The Board consists of interested parties from UK police forces and law enforcement agencies.
The NPCC FRT Board seeks to ensure a co-ordinated approach to governance , in addition to support and oversee the national developments of FRT and assist local and national policing priorities within the technology.
