The NPCC is committed to transparency and ensuring that members of the public can access information about NPCC that is in the public interest and safe to disclose without having to ask for it.

The NPCC publication scheme, which is based on the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) model scheme but goes beyond the minimum requirements set out within it, lets the public know what information is readily available about us and makes it simple to obtain.

Members of the public wanting access to information that is not included under our Publication Scheme will be able to submit a Freedom of Information (FOI) or Subject Access (SAR) request.
